Mike Simone is a Florida native with deep roots in Jacksonville and a rich family history connected to Real Estate and Development. Throughout his career, Mike's experience in real estate, coupled with his successful career in medical sales, has provided him with valuable insights and skills in navigating the housing market. 

Growing up in old San Jose and attending Wolfson High School provided Mike with a strong sense of community and appreciation for Jacksonville's history and culture.  He continued his education at the  University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science and acquired his Real Estate license in 1991.

Mike’s knowledge of the local area and expertise in real estate and sales has well-positioned himself to provide exceptional service to his clients and contribute to the continued growth and development of Jacksonville.

Mike was married in 1999 to a Jacksonville native (Jill) with two children (Jake & Kate) and lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.  His two children now attend University of Florida following in Mike’s footsteps.  

He is currently focused and dedicated full time to real estate and looks forward to helping you achieve your dreams.
